This is a small sampling of different TV commercials produced by Vamonos Marketing—including its years operating as Miller Marketing.

Category One is this fantastic store in Rockbrook Village full of very nice cooking ware, cool gadgets, unique dishes and glasses as well as very tasty sauces, jellies and coffees. So our presentation had to reflect the distinctiveness of this locally-owned delight. We were very fortunate to get Nikky Boulay as our spokesperson who is a popular local Radio announcer, dynamite on camera and happens to be a good customer of the store. The twist in doing this ad is that Nikki was very much expecting a baby at the time of production. She did not want to show her full figure so the on-camera scenes had be from the shoulder up. It all worked out fine and the holiday commercials produced great results.

One of the key differences to Rockbrook Village in Omaha is that you’ll find no national chain stores. It’s an entire shopping center made of individual, local businesses. Over 65 of them! For the shopper, the benefit of local merchants means unique merchandise and a more personal shopping experience. Who doesn’t like that? The visuals and verbal message combine to tell this unique story. We had the benefit in producing the commercial of showing some owners right at work in their own businesses. That’s local!

Almost everyone who gets in a hot tub at a hotel or a friend’s says, “Wow, wouldn’t it be great to have one of these at home!” So if they all want a spa… why don’t they buy one? Aqua Palace addresses that very question in this short message. The goal is simply to get consumers intrigued enough to take their doubts, concerns and objections about buying a hot tub–and just come into Aqua Palace!

Frontier Savings Bank continually emphasizes how they want to make their customers feel at home in the bank. So the idea was to go to the extreme in making the bank a customer’s home! The bank loved it. This ad went from concept to finished commercial within three weeks–quite the record time and a hit for the bank.

Aqua Palace arranged for four customers to come in the store one day to video tape their spontaneous thoughts and feelings about the store and owning a hot tub. Every customer was enthused, articulate and convincing. It was difficult choosing which cuts of the interviews to use but finally came up with a great flow of testimonial clips and footage to make up a :30 commercial.
